Renovation apartment house, Fahrweid Geroldswil (ZH)
The apartment building in the Fahrweid area in Geroldwil consists of 3 independent apartment buildings, which were jointly developed via an underground car park. A fire in the underground car park caused considerable damage to the underground car park and the infrastructure of the three houses. GP Poloni was commissioned by the client, Mössinger Real Estate AG, to plan and organise the repair of the damage, excluding static measures.
